Who dat?
I’m Hüseyin, an experienced team leader and coach in the social sector with a background in economics and a postgraduate degree in coaching. A significant part of my work focuses on operational efficiency: mapping processes, identifying bottlenecks, and translating complexity into clear, practical actions.
That’s the practical side of the work, and coaching taught me the other half: how to listen openly and follow someone’s path instead of steering them toward mine, supporting them and helping them draw out their own potential.
This combination of coaching and practical business thinking is at the heart of what I want to offer.
Mission
I believe the potential to build something real is already inside every person, even when it doesn’t feel that way. My goal is to make sure that potential doesn’t stay stuck for lack of structure, guidance, or access.
I want to help people turn “I don’t know where to start” into a plan that can actually work. That means building support that doesn’t exclude people, where every founder gets a real chance to turn what’s already inside them into something visible and real.
Why
I’ve seen how many people sit on real potential and don’t move on it. Not because they lack ideas or drive, but because they get frozen by the sheer number of things to do, or they zoom out so far they don’t know where to start. Often, they don’t even know that this kind of support exists, or they assume it’s too expensive, too formal, or not built with them in mind. I want to change that. The knowledge and growth people need is already inside them; I just get to help tap into it.
I’ve also seen how difficult it can be to run a business on your own, especially in the early stages. Business consulting often feels expensive, overly technical, or simply out of reach for many small entrepreneurs. I want to make that kind of support more accessible, practical and human.
I particularly want to create space for people who may not always feel represented by traditional business environments, including queer and POC entrepreneurs.
