How it works
Not every problem is the one you arrive with.
Sometimes it is operational. Things technically work, but everything takes longer than it should and the same problems come back every week. Then the useful thing is to map how the work actually flows rather than how it is supposed to, find where it stalls and look at what can be simplified or done better.
Sometimes it sits further back. The business runs, but you are not clear on what it stands for, who it is really for or where you want it to go. It is hard to build structure around something you have not decided yet. Then we start there, and the practical work makes sense afterwards.
And sometimes you already know what you want and it is something concrete. A website that fits how the business actually works. A workshop, so a group works through something together and comes out with it written down rather than as a shared feeling. Or a template to work through on your own: a way to check in with yourself at different moments, see what matters right now and put it in an order you can act on without needing me in the room.
Working out which of those you are in comes first and it is usually clear within twenty minutes of talking. What you leave with depends on the route: a short list of changes, a clearer sense of direction, a plan for a site or a template you can keep coming back to. Never a report you file away.
Who it's for
You do not need a registered company, a team or a plan that already makes sense. Most people arrive somewhere in the middle of things.
Maybe the idea is real but you cannot see the first step. Maybe you have been running for a while and the work keeps growing while the structure underneath it has not. Maybe you are doing all of it yourself and can no longer tell which part actually matters.
This tends to fit if:
- you have an idea and no sense of what order to do things in
- you are busy every day and still not sure whether the business is working
- you do everything yourself and want to know what to let go of first
- your numbers exist somewhere but you never really look at them

What it costs
You will know what something costs before you book it and that is the number you pay.
Web design is the one exception. Projects vary too much for a fixed number, so that one starts with a short conversation and a written proposal. The principle stays the same: you see the full price before you agree to anything.
Fabrika33 is built on accessibility. Price should not be the reason good support stays out of reach.
If the price does not work
Send me a message and we will look at it together. Sometimes that means a shorter session, sometimes fewer of them, sometimes a different route entirely.
Gift economy
Sessions can be paid forward. If you have had a good year, you can cover one for someone who cannot. If you need one that someone else has already covered, you can take it. Either way it goes through the contact form. No proving anything, no questions about your circumstances.
Skill sharing
